A visit to the hospital or care facility can be draining. When you head out, listen to a podcast, tune in to your favorite music, or listen to a book on tape. Do something that takes your mind off any frustrations that you experienced.
Enjoy the Silence
Enjoy the silence, our souls crave it. Get up early and sit outside. Take a cup of tea or coffee with you and sip in silence. Turn off your phone for a few moments. Don't get distracted by the noise in your head. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Maybe take a walk in the evening. Focus on the world around you.
